About ADFIP Governance
The Association of Development Financing Institutions in the Pacific (ADFIP) is guided by a governance framework that ensures transparency, accountability, and sound leadership across the region’s development finance community.
Annual General Meeting
The General Meeting is the highest authority of ADFIP. Leaders from every member institution meet annually to approve reports, elect the Board, and set the strategic direction of the Association.
ADFIP Board
The Board provides year-round leadership. It oversees programs, partnerships, and financial stewardship, ensuring ADFIP remains aligned with regional development priorities.
The Secretariat
The Secretariat manages daily operations, coordinates events, implements program activities, and ensures execution of decisions made by the Board and General Meeting.
